Spring Oak Announces Grand Opening of Clubhouse
MALVERN, PA – JPOrleans, builder of the award-winning Spring Oak community, has announced that its much-anticipated Clubhouse is now open.
Designed to meet the needs of Spring Oak residents, the renovated barn, transformed into the community clubhouse, includes amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, locker and bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower, deck and covered patio, and a kitchen and spacious event area for social gatherings. In addition, the clubhouse boasts a bocce court, life-sized chess board, game tables, barbeque grills and a park.
“Malvern is such an active, vibrant area,” said Jeffrey Orleans, CEO of JPOrleans. “We are thrilled to have created something so distinctly unique that gives our residents yet another reason to call Spring Oak home.”
The Spring Oak community was developed on the site of a historic landmark, the original Spring Oak Farm, which was built in 1824 by Major John and Anna Wersler. Wersler had served as a Captain and, later, Major in the War of 1812. A prominent member of the Malvern community, Major Wersler was later appointed Prothonotary and Clerk of the Courts of Chester County from 1818-1821.
Located in Malvern PA, Spring Oak is well situated to all the area has to offer. Positioned on Whitehorse Road just North of Route 29, Spring Oak is easily accessible to the PA Turnpike, Route 202, Route 476 and Business Route 30. Spring Oak is part of the Great Valley School District, ranked as one of the top districts in the country.
